If you were anything like me this past week, you found yourself forgetting all your real life responsibilities, and instead curled up in a ball in your bed binge-watching the Gilmore Girls revival. For those of you who didn't, here's a comprehensive breakdown of every single thought I had while watching Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life, to help you better understand why you must watch this show. HUGE SPOILERS AHEAD!!!

Winter:

1. AHHHHHH, IT'S STARTING!
2. There she is, there's Lorelai!
3. My god, the woman hasn't aged a bit.
4. AND HERE'S RORY!

5. Yes, Rory, it does feels like years since we've seen you.
6. I would ride with Kirk in his ooober service.
7. Stars Hollow is so cute in the winter.
8. I want to live in stars hollow.
9. Actually, I want to live in Stars Hollow with Rory and Lorelai.

10. Super proud Luke is adorable.
11. He hugged Rory.
12. Luke loves both his Gilmore girls
13. Oh, these Gilmore girls and their tater tots.
14. Rory has a boyfriend?
15. Rory how dare you have a boyfriend who is not Logan or Jess (notice I did not include Dean because let's be honest no one could ever actually be team Dean)
16. I need Lorelei's puppy pajamas.
17. Finally a Luke and Lorelai kiss!
18. The sign is Luke's dinner is perfect, "no man buns"

19. What the heck, Caesar has so much hair.
20. Oh, how I missed the Luke and Taylor fighting.
21. Paul isn't a breakfast person? What?
22. Michel is still annoyed by everything and I love it.
23. Emily is still adorable.
24. They mentioned Richard (insert crying emoji's here).
25. No, not the funeral I can't watch this.
26. Kirk should have come to every Friday night dinner with Richard and Emily.

27. Awww Luke said he accepts Rory as his own daughter.
28. LUKE AND LORELAI ARE LOOKING AT SURROGATES.
29. I just really need to see Luke Danes interact with a baby, then my life will be complete.
30. Paris owns the surrogacy agency?!
31. Logan has aged like fine wine.

32.But wait, Rory has a boyfriend.
33. How could I forget about the boyfriend?
34. I'm just like everyone on this show, I forgot about the dang boyfriend. Paul was it?
35. But that aside, I am very disappointed in Rory and Logan.
36. Doyle and Paris getting a divorce gives me no hope for love.
37. Omg Lane and Zach's kids look so old.
38. Emily Gilmore in jeans is adorable.

39. "I don't know how to live my life" I don't know how we will leave without Richard either Emily.
40. Paul Anka is dressed up as Luke. It's a combination of my two favorite things: Luke Danes and dogs.
41. Emily and Lorelai in therapy together? Now that will be something to see
Final Thoughts: This show is already amazing and I am still so happy that Gilmore Girls is back.

Spring:

1. Stars Hollow is the cutest little town with its international food festival.
2. Luke and Lorelai are talking about bidding on baskets. Their love has truly come full circle.
3. WE FINALLY GOT TO SEE MR KIM.

4. Jackson's back, in all his vegetable glory!
5. Still cannot get over how good Logan looks.
6. Ew it's Mitchum Huntzberger. I still hate Mitchum.
7. Town hall meetings haven't changed a bit.
8. Liz and T.J. accidentally joined a cult? How does that happen?
9. Well wait, I accidentally joined the ROTC once. But that's a story for another time
10. Real Paul Anka and dog Paul Anka? It's Paul Anka inception.
11. I didn't think it was possible for a scene with a pig to be so emotional, but somehow Kirk's short film just accomplished that.
12. I would totally eat at a Luke's diner franchise.
13. Wait wait, they just tried to pass another actor off as Tristan. Come on the Gilmore girl's fandom is not stupid.
14. I'm still so perplexed by all of Caesar's hair
15. Lorelai no, don't lie to Luke.
16. "The bank likes collars"....THEY JUST REUSED DIALOUGE FROM THE FIRST SEASON.
17. I want to go to New York with Rory and Lorelai.
18. Wait that was Mae Whitman from parenthood...I love that they brought her in to work with Lauren Graham again, even if it was just for a second.

19. Star Wars references and Gilmore girls? It's a combination of two of my favorite things
20. To be honest I forgot Paul's name too Lorelai.
21. Rory is experiencing in life what every college student experiences during finals week: the feeling of drowning.
Final Thoughts: Halfway in and still no sign of Jess, and I am sad.

Summer

1. Wow my summer nostalgia is so real right now.

2. Wait there's only one episode after this, how'd that happen.
3. Ew, April's back.
4. And I still don't like her.
5. She likes linguistics? See I knew I had a reason for not liking her.
6. Her weirdness scares me.
7. Ugh Logan pls just break up with your fiancé already.
8. Petition to put Stars Hollow: The Musical on Netflix.
9. Luke is so concerned about his poor little floaty hut.
10. MICHEL DONT LEAVE.
11. Rory just break up with Paul already, and save him from being so unnecessary.
12. Now I'm confused about what part of stars hollow is east and what part is west.
13. We get to see the Stars Hollow musical? YAAAAAS.

14. Lorelai's reaction to this musical is the same as mine.
15. The lead guy in this musical is legitimately starting to freak me out.
16. IT'S JESS.
17. I CAN'T BREATHE. JESS IS FINALLY BACK.
18. He is still so perfect.

19. And now he's taking about writing. **cue the heart eye emoji's**
20. I would definitely read a story about Lorelai and Rory.
21. And now he and Luke are hugging. **cue more heart eye emoji's**
22. I already dislike Jack Smith.
23. Every time I think I've moved on from Richard's death it gets brought up again.
24. Uh oh - this is going to become Rory vs Lorelai fight I cant watch.
25. No Lorelei why must you always hate on Jess.
26. Now a Luke vs Lorelai fight? I can't handle this.
27. I'm proud of this Logan's and Rory breakup, while at the same time completely devastated.
28. I'm confused about this whole "I'm gonna do wild thing" too, Luke.
29. Luke knows Lorelai so well.
Final thoughts: I cannot believe there's only one episode left. I still haven't had my Luke and Lorelai wedding yet, and I'm getting nervous that it won't happen.

Fall:

1. Lorelai why are you in this sketchy hotel? This looks like a place people go to die.
2. I'm pretty sure "hitting the trails" is the only hiking lingo Lorelei knows.
3. Lorelai packing this backpack right now is like me trying to pack my suitcase for every family vacation ever.
4. Oh my gosh another parenthood character makes an appearance on this show? Jason Ritter and Lauren graham back together again.
5. Yay more Jess!
6. Lorelai's little dog hat is adorable.
7. I've never seen Stars Hollow look this creepy before.
8. YASSSSS THE LIFE AND DEATH BRIGADE.

9. OH AND LOGAN.
10. I am quite intrigued.
11. I want to be a member of the Life and Death Brigade.
12. Finn is my favorite.
13. Gosh dang it Logan just break up with this Odette person already.
14. Awww, Rory must you say goodbye to the Life and Death Brigade? This is a total Wizard of Oz moment.
15. Did Robert just quote the Tin man.
16. It is the Wizard of Oz!
17. And Finn is the scarecrow. I think I will miss him the most too, Rory.
18. This was actually the best way to end the Logan and Rory relationship.

19.And now Peter Krause is on this show? No one told me this was going to be a Gilmore girls and parenthood cross over.

20. Lorelai is telling Emily her favorite story about Richard, I can't. I am going to cry.
21. Here it comes.
22. It's happening. I am dead.
23. Paul Anka is seriously the most adorable dog, and Luke loves him, and I love them both.
24. Awww Lorelai is all Luke will ever need.
25. He never dreamed he and Lorelai would happen? Luke I knew if from the pilot episode.
26. "You need space and I need you"....DANG IT LUKE I'M CRYING AGAIN.
27. "I think we should get married" YEEEEEES LORELAI.
28. Am I finally going to get a Luke and Lorelai wedding?!?!
29. Luke still has a ring?
30. I am so happy. I will never not be happy because of this.
31. What does Lorelai need this house for?
32. Rory and Lorelai are making up? Thank god, the world is right again.
33. READ THE BOOK LORELEI.
34. Emily is adorable when she is annoyed with people, especially the DAR.
35. Emily Gilmore just cussed and I cannot stop laughing.
36. Emily is better than all of those DAR ladies anyways.
37. Luke knows the real Kiefer Sutherland?
38. Oh finally we get to see Christopher.
39. Thank you Christopher for agreeing not to disrupt the wedding.
40. Emily is selling the house?!?!
41. Oh Lorelai needs the house to expand the inn!
42. Does this mean she can keep Michele?

44. Dang, he looks good!
45. Every boy Rory ever dated has gotten increasingly hotter.
46. Awww he has kids and a wife!
47. I actually like dean this time around.
48. Beautifully decorated cakes? That can only mean one thing...

50. Oh my gosh Emily is working at the Museum I didn't see that coming
51. Kirk has destroyed the wedding? Are we not surprised?

59. Wow and when I thought I had no tears left, this beautiful eloping montage begins.
60. They are literally so perfect together I can't find words to describe their level of perfection.

61. Lorelai is right Rory, you should be a married lady. To Jess, preferably.
62. Oh well, I guess Paul was the one to end the relationship.
63. Again, I forgot he existed. Surprise, surprise.
64. WHAT THE HECK.

67. TELL ME THERE IS A POST CREDITS SCENE.
68. OR SAY THE BABY IS SOMEHOW JESS'S.
69. NOPE, I WATCHED ALL THE WAY THROUGH NO MORE SCENES.
70. IT'S ACTUALLY OVER.
Final thoughts: This episode was so so good. Except now I need a Gilmore Girls movie because this CANNOT be the end. It can't. I won't accept it. I will make the movie myself if necessary.
