This is Alison Wonderland.
Here's a video of her playing at EDC Las Vegas.
Her actual name is Alex Sholler, but she's better known by her stage name Alison Wonderland. She's a Sydney-based DJ and producer who's played in big music festivals like Coachella, EDC Las Vegas and Lollapalooza in Chicago. She's on her tour right now called Fuck Me Up On A Spiritual Level.
I like her because her sound is way different from anything I've heard in the EDM world. She engages with the audience when she's playing, and dances along to everything. You can feel her energy from the far back and she's proud of her work. At one of her shows when she first spoke to everyone she said: "Tonight it's just me and you. Dance your heart clean." You can really tell she loves what she does and that she wants us to listen to her music knowing the hard work she put into it. If you follow her on social media you can see how humble she is. I obviously don't know her in person, but the vibe she gives me personally is very unique and unlike vibes that other artists give me.
This is what some other people have to say about her:
"I saw her at The Fonda in Hollywood and she was absolutely amazing! Her set had great variety while maintaining her very unique style. I love how much of her own music she plays (pretty much all of it) but manages to play it or mix it in a way that makes you feel like you're hearing it for the first time all over again. Along with her amazing song choice and set progression, everything is tied together beautifully with a heavy dose of her personality over the mic and her actively infectious stage presence as she bounces around, genuinely enjoying the evening she shares with you. For anyone who doubts that she knows what she's doing, her hands are projected on screen throughout the entire set while she works her ass off."
"My first experience with Alison was at the cosmicMEADOW stage at EDC Las Vegas in 2015. To date, it is still probably the biggest show of her career, and her performance reflected that. It was feverishly upbeat and had everyone in the audience rapt by her presence. Her glitchy and original visuals, reflecting her own broken persona in vivid colors kept us transfixed on the stage, and her set was one of my favorite of the whole festival. At the end of it, she tearfully ascended the DJ decks and thanked everyone in attendance for making the night so special, including her parents."
And here are some remixes that will probably make your day:
This is my favorite:
You're welcome.
