Mercede Marcolongo

I am an Italian freshman creative writing major from the west side of Cleveland and I ride for the Otterbein Equestrian Team. I am very passionate about my college and riding career. Writing has always been my strength and passion since elementary school. I feel that I can bring interesting ideas for this organization. Recently, I've been studying topics such as body image, depression/anxiety, feminism, relationships, and the daily life of being a college student. My goal is to address these topics in my own creative way and connect with my readers. I can't wait to share my ideas with the staff and I am honored to have this great opportunity for my writing!
