Business plans are the backbone. When roots are weak no plant can grow. Same way, when a business plan is week, that means success chances are low from the beginning. A good business plan should include all business models, risk evaluation, market surveys, marketing strategies, and future plans, etc.

Poor Marketing

The marketing of products and services is the power booster of any business. You must choose the right advertisement strategy. How the audience will get to know about your product/service? It is only dependent on how well you make your marketing plan. Low budget or poor marketing is the biggest reason for failure

It is always important to make a mark on customers' minds. It there is less social media marketing, radio ads, billboard advertisement or TV commercial marketing then brands fail immediately. If you do not distribute pamphlets and give free product samples, and then it makes tough to connect you with customers.

Less Business Capital

When financial backup or budget is low it is always hard to survive. For long term planning a business should always start with a good investment. Bad capital management causes some sections of the business to work poorly which eventually brings shut down the whole business.

Strong Competitors

Strong competitors make hard survival for new businesses. Competitors already have a good reputation in the market due to which new brands find it difficult to make their place or they also don't have a large marketing budget to compete.

Poor Management

Poor management means bad teamwork and internal coordination. When one wheel of the car is punctured, it slowdowns the car. Same way when the members of management are insignificant then there is no way that business will survive for a longer time. Management can make the business or break the business.

Poor Product/Service

Quality is the first and most important thing. Good quality means more people will buy it. Bad product good quality becomes a big reason for failure because customers always look for the best quality stuff.

High Pricing

When a brand sets high prices that make it difficult for customers to purchase the product/services. Due, to high prices customers go for alternative brands.

Bad Customer Service

When brands provide low or bad customer service like poor response time, late product deliveries, and not taking feedback, etc. this becomes the biggest reason for customer brand disliking.

Disconnection with Target Audience

Determining market needs is highly important. Business fails in the first year because they don't aware of needs and wants to customers. Proving product/services which is not required or so common then people would not buy it.

Conclusion

In a nutshell, to make your business survive in the market a long term basis, it is significant to make the best plans, strong strategy, hardworking team, and best marketing plan. Nevertheless, learn from other's business mistakes is key to success as well.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
