There are people who love music and then there are people who LOVE music. The difference seems indistinguishable, but there is a certain set of criterion that makes someone is an actual music lover.

1. You spend all of your money on concert tickets

And it does not seem like a waste of cash. You always have the best time of your life.

2. You have more playlists than you count on your fingers and toes

There's the playlist that has everything, the one with the early 2000's jams you still love, the oldies playlist, the one with the songs that help you go to sleep, the one that you listen to in the shower, and a couple of other ones you found along the way.

3. And each playlist is many hours long

I could listen to my longest playlist for three days and never hear the same song twice.

4. Getting the aux cord is the best part of a car ride

And you ALWAYS get the aux because everyone in the car knows music is your thing.

5. Discovering a new artist can make your week

Sometimes you hear a certain band or artist and everything in life seems like it's going perfectly.

6. The most stressful questions are "what's your favorite song?" and "who's your favorite artist?"

The questions weren't even hard on the SAT. Most of the time you just have to say the first thing that pops into your head, and who knows what that could possibly be.

7. You've always got your earbuds in

The earbuds aren't just for looks or because you don't want to talk (although it is a bonus). You're actually listening to music pretty much at all times.

8. Your favorite class is high school was choir or band

A class where you aren't stuck in a desk and you get to learn new music! It doesn't get better than that.

9. You don't have one favorite genre

A music lover's playlist is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're gonna get. It might be some old school Fall Out Boy, a song from "High School Musical," the newest Post Malone, and then '90s rap next.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
