In today's society, it can be fairly difficult to dress modestly while looking cute at the same time. It seems as though clothing stores are charging more and more for less and less clothes. Fortunately, there are some modest trends that also happen to be super cute! Here is a list to inspire your search for cute, modest clothes (with some pics of my own clothing items to prove it is possible)!

1. Mom jeans

I think mom jeans are great. They have a loose fit yet they hug your waist, accentuating the skinniest part of your body. Comfortable, modest, and flattering. Can it get much better?!

2. Midi dresses

I absolutely love that longer dresses are back in style. Whether it be a midi dress or a maxi dress, you can be sure that these are long enough to cover your bottom even when it's windy!

4. High neck tops

High neck tops come in probably every style of shirt ever. With these tops you no longer have to worry about tugging your shirt up!

5. High waisted swim bottoms

I bought a pair of high waisted bottoms from American Eagle last summer and when my mom saw them she was shocked. It's not often that I can find a pair of swim bottoms that actually cover my butt, mainly because stores rarely sell them anymore. However, high waisted bottoms typically do cover more! My mom absolutely loved my swimsuit, not only because it was modest, but it was also cute!

6. High neck bikini tops

High neck swim tops are also a big thing right now, and they have been for a while so it looks like they may be here to stay!

7. One-piece swimsuits

While I have seen many immodest one-pieces, there are many that are both cute and modest, and very "in" right now!

8. Big sweaters

Big, comfy, baggy, and cute! Big sweaters have been around for a long time and I think they are here to stay. Modesty in the winter should be no problem!

9. Long tops

I love long tops. I've seen long tops of a knot at the bottom, or tops that are long enough to double as a dress! Pair with some skinny jeans and you're all set.
