Whether its your first concert or your 20th, there's this certain rush you get when you go to a concert. No matter if its a festival or just a one day concert. I've been to my fair share of concerts and each time its a new rush and its hard to explain the feeling. I always look around and think wow all these people are here for the same reason as me and to think i have something in common with this many people is baffling.
Each concert is a new experience, a new rush but what stays the same are the types of people you see. So here are some basic people you'll see at any concert
1) The die hard fan
With their band merch on, and I mean everything they possibly can have on from a t-shirt to a bracelet, this person can be spotted from a mile away. If you happen to stop one and talk to them, they'll know everything about the band and wont hesitate to tell you any little fact they know. Catch them in the concert and their screaming the lyrics to every song and having the time of their life.
2) The too drunk
They're the one that has had a little too much to drink. They're slurring their words and leaving every so often to get a refill. Not to mention when they come back they're spilling it everywhere since dancing is more important than the alcohol at this point.
3) The really tall person
We all know there's that one person that has to stand in front of you that's way taller than you and just happens to be in your view for the majority of the show. Unless you're lucky to move that is.
4) The fake fan
The fake fan is the person that acts like they know who the band is and knows what the lyrics are to all the songs. They're trying their hardest to sing along with everyone and at times they fail but sometimes they actually get it.
5) The runner
They're the one that goes and gets all the snacks for everyone. They even get refills from time to time. The worst part is they spend most of the time in line so they miss the majority of the concert
6) The I was dragged here
This is the one person that doesn't want to be there at all. They look mad the whole time and don't even enjoy themselves. You question as to why they spent the money to come to a concert they didn't even want to go to in the first place.
7) The performer
This is the person who is screaming all the lyrics and dancing. They know that in the morning they won’t have a voice but who cares because they're having the time of their lives.
8) The recorder
This person is the one that is recording the whole concert to either put it on Snapchat or upload the video on Youtube, who knows. It’s like they’re watching the concert through their phone screen instead of in real life
All these people and more are at any concert. Some people are combinations of a few of them, including me. Concerts are some of the best experiences that I've had and I hope everyone goes to at least one concert in their life. I promise that you won't regret it.
