College definitely makes dating interesting, heck it makes making new friends interesting. College is full of people from all over, and that's cool! If you're trying to date it's inevitable that you'll run in to some pretty interesting people, regardless of where you go to school, and whether you want to date around or settle down, the selection of guys you come across will be interesting, to say the least.

1. The party boy:

This guy spends his nights at the pong table doing stupid things with his frat brothers. You tell yourself he won't be like this forever, he will change. You're also telling yourself these things while you're cheering him on at the pong table.

2. The guy you have most of your classes with:

You so made a connection over talking about what you think about when it comes to marketing. You only made this connection because of class. Girl, please don't even think about it! This is dangerous territory. What happens if things don't work out, and then you're stuck having class together?

3. The guy who is always on campus; but doesn't actually go to school there:

Why? What is the point of being on campus?

4. The slacker:

You will find him sitting on the couch in his room playing video games or watching TV. You're also likely to find him at the gym, playing intramural sports, or really pretty much anywhere except the classroom.

5. The stoner:

He's likely not attending class in the morning and instead can be found grabbing some breakfast munchies. Just no. He's a no.

6. The guy who breaks your heart:

Eventually in college, you'll meet a really nice guy. You're gonna feel like you connect on a whole new level, like he understands who you are as a person. I hate to break it to you, but one day he'll just stop texting, hanging out, soon you'll see him posting snap chats of a new girl. You're going to be crushed, and that is okay! This is where the next guy comes in!

7. Ben and Jerry:

Out of all the men, Ben and Jerry is my favorite. These men are never going to leave you disappointed! Take advantage ladies, take advantage!

8. No one:

Ladies! You do not need a man! You are in college, this time in your life is all about freedom! Take some "me time"! Discover who you are and what you want in life! Take a pottery class, have a wine night with your girls! Do not feel like you need to be dating!

Some guys on campus will seem attractive, and others will appear to be decent individuals, while the occasional one will creep you out. However, you’ll find that you’re able to find one or possibly two men who will fit into one of the categories above.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
