I am the late friend. I'm always running behind, my friends are always waiting on me and i rarely keep to a schedule. All of my friends know that about me, and yet they love me in spite of it. Here's 8 things that I'm sure you can identify with if you think you are the late friend.

1. You're used to getting ready in your car.

To save some time you may run out of your house barefoot because you just know there's going to be a red light that you can put your shoes on at. In very dire circumstances, especially outings that don't include food, you may bring a bowl of cereal along to scarf down while you're en route to whatever you're late for.

2. You're friends lie to you about when you need to be somewhere.

If the movie starts at 2:00, they told you it started at 1:00 and you got there at 1:30.

3. You have no shame wearing the same clothes for days.

Is it because you haven't had time to do laundry? Did you forget you had plans and just left in what you slept in? Were you just really comfortable and didn't want to change? Is is some combination of all of the above?

4. You have to mentally prepare and plan what time to leave.

If you said you would pick them up at noon, and you have to be there by 1, then the last possible second you can sleep until is 11:15, unless you don't shower, then you can sleep until 11:30. You don't need to shower, right? You just took one yesterday.

5. You're no stranger to speeding.

We've all done it, but you just do it a little bit more. Because you're late... all the time.

6. Your friend's response when you offer to drive:

"You know we have to be there on time or they won't let us in, right?"

"If you get pulled over for speeding it's just gonna make us more late."

7. You tend to make others late as well.

Of course we have time to watch another episode, are you kidding? Also food is gonna be expensive there, let's eat first.

8. But regardless of your inability to be on time, your friends still love you.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Challah vs. Easter Bread: A Delicious Dilemma

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
