Beauty isn't something we have to forget about completely, but rather change where it stands in our priorities. Valuing all of the traits that make up the people in our lives helps us to be better friends. But, even more importantly, valuing the traits we have is important for caring about ourselves. We are always ourselves, regardless of how others view our appearance.
