Finals are almost over, the holidays are approaching and all is good except one thing. Packing for winter break is hard. Packing in general is hard, but winter break packing is definitely the worst. Since you are banned from your dorm for a few weeks the only reasonable thing to do is pack everything you own.
You say you're going to make a list of what you need. But, that never actually happens. There is never a list. To be honest, you never even started a list.
You decide that the best way to start is to throw everything you own all over your room until you actual do it.
While your entire closet is scattered on the floor, one of your friends decides to stop by. Suddenly, your friend is embarking on a risky journey to the other side of your room.
You try to take a break, but your roommate knows if you stop now you'll never continue. It's always great to have a support system.
Eventually, you start packing things you don't need.
After a few hours, you take a look around and realize that you're doing a pretty good job and start giving yourself a pep-talk. Face it, you basically are the queen/king of packing at this point.
When the job is done you can now relax and reflect on your experience.
You realize you have to unpack in a few weeks.
