Fall is here once again and it is the perfect time to change your playlist to more music that reflect what the Autumn season is about. There are so many different songs that welcome the return of sweater weather, the leaves changing color, football and back to school. With these different types of environments that help welcome the fall season, here are 8 songs that will get you in the fall season spirit:

For that country vibe: Luke Bryan- "Harvest Time"

Is country one of your favorite jams? Well, if so "Harvest Time" is the perfect tune to fulfill your country soul. This song talks about the fall season through a country perspective. Some of the lyrics of the song state, "The marching band's warming up under the football lights, There's tractor trailers backed up down by the elevators." This song will allow you to reconnect you with the natural wonders of country life.

For those football nights: Marvin Gaye, Tammi Terrell: "Ain't No Mountain High Enough"

This song appears in the movie Remember The Titans, about a high school football team in 1971 that integrates whites and blacks and play football together for the first time. The film has a special meaning of unity which is a theme that is found in the fall season with sports like football.

For back to school vibes: The White Stripes- "We're Going To Be Friends"

Is there anything more relaxing than listening to Jack White from The White Stripes play his guitar in this heartwarming song about going back to school and friendship? This song mentions a girl named Suzie Lee and he hopes they can be friends since they go to school together. The first words to the song state, "Fall is here, hear the yell, back to school, ring the bell, brand new shoes, walking blues, climb the fence, books and pens I can tell that we are gonna be friends." With the tranquil vibe Jack White produces with his melodic guitar and his soft voice, this song should be in a back to school commercial.

For the spooky vibes: Ke$ha- "Cannibal"

The return of fall also means it is time for spooky season. Get ready for the month of October to be full of tricks, costumes, horror movies, parties and treats. The song "Cannibal" establishes all the spooky vibes associated with the season and being a cannibal. Ke$ha as stated in her song will suck your teeth, drink your blood and will put your liver on a platter.

For the 'at home' vibes: Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros- "Home"

Fall is meant for a time to relax and what better way to relax in the comfort of your home. When you are at home you are at peace and the song serves as a perfect reminder to love those who are close to you. We spend the Thanksgiving holiday at home with those who love us. The song captures the perfect vibe to get ready for the holiday season.

For the 'love' vibe: The Lumineers- "Ophelia"

With the return of cooler weather it will be the perfect excuse to find that special someone who you love and curl up with them. The Lumineers is a folk band that has it made for the season of fall with all their catchy love songs. The folk music of the drums, piano and mandolin gives it a perfect fall vibe and that perfect folk touch we need.

For the 'September' vibe: Earth Wind & Fire- "September"

This infamous song that Earth Wind & Fire released in 1978 is a classic. Everyone tunes into this song during the month of September and especially on the night of September 21st when the chorus starts off with their infamous line, 'do you remember the 21st night of September?'

For the return of cooler weather: The Neighborhood- "Sweater Weather"

It's like they always say; fall season means sweater weather. This Indie/pop song debuted in 2013 and must be added to your playlist. Some of the lyrics mention "Cause it's too cold for you here and now, so let me hold both your hands in the holes of my sweater."They say fall is the perfect time for love and this song seems to capture the image of what fall stands for.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
