Group classes are super common nowadays (especially around New Year's and all of the resolutions). Places like Orangetheory, Pure Barre and SoulCycle are so popular and such a good way to get a good workout in and stay accountable. There are also many struggles of being in a workout class...
1. Why is the warm up the hardest part...
I always find myself struggling in the first five minutes more than I do the rest of the class
2. I LOVE this song
A class that plays good music makes it 10x easier because it motivates you to work harder and have fun
3. *Checks clock* its only been 15 minutes?!
4. Can I just lie down?
5. I deserve Chick-fil-A after this
6. Only a couple more reps!!!
The best part of the whole workout is doing those last couple reps and knowing you'll be done so soon
