Missing your friends, sleeping until noon and overdosing on cookies are all symptoms of winter break. It is a great time to be off of school and spend time at home, but there are a lot of different emotions that come with having a whole month off. Thankfully, Jim Halpert can relate.
1. Finishing finals
Sweet, sweet victory.
2. Saying "Goodbye" to your friends
I mean it's only a few weeks, right? They won't forget about me...right?
3. Counting down the days to Christmas
Waiting for Christmas is the hardest thing I've had to do since waiting to move into school in August.
4. When your parents ask about your grades at Christmas
The holidays are supposed to be a happy time. A time to celebrate with friends and family, and I'm sure Jim would agree that there is no place for GPA talk at the dinner table.
5. Talking to your college friends on the phone
After living with your best buds for a semester, a month apart feels like ages.
6. Chilling with your high school friends
Just like old times.
7. Thinking about starting another semester
It's stressful, yes, but it is also super exciting! The new semester is a fresh start with plenty of new opportunities and fun ahead. It may seem overwhelming, but it will be worth it in the end.
