3. Get up and exercise every day
4. Surround yourself with people who love and support you no matter what state of mind you are in
5. If you need help, ask for it
6. Most people will eventually enjoy the holidays again!
7. God is ALWAYS with you in your grief. His son Jesus Christ has given himself as the greatest gift and the Holy Spirit guides you through every single process!
