7 Stages Of Finals Week As Told By "The Office"
Huff Post

If you're a college student, you are probably in the midst of finals week right now. Papers, deadlines, exams, presentations and more deadlines are headed your way. Trust me, it's a crazy time, but we're all going to get through it together. There are a lot of emotions that go along with the last week of classes and finals week. So, who better to express these emotions than Michael Scott?

1. Realizing how much work you have ahead of you.

Receiving your final paper assignments and your final exam schedule is probably the worst thing ever. Um, when will I have time to watch Netflix with all of this work?

2. Procrastinating on all of that work.

Okay, so I am the worst procrastinator on the planet. A million deadlines and exams coming up? Perfect time for me to watch this Netflix series that I've already seen multiple times! I love exam season.

3. Surviving on coffee to get everything done in time.

Am I a broke college student? Yes. Is that going to stop me from spending all of the money that I don't have on coffee? Nope. Gotta stay awake and finish all of this procrastinated work somehow, am I right?

4. Writing so many papers that you don't even know what makes sense anymore.

We all know this feeling, honestly. You have 4 papers due in one week, so you get to a point where you don't even read over what you turn in. Nothing makes sense. It's fine, everything's fine.

5. Just wanting to get your exams over with so you can get home.

This is probably going to be the longest week of our lives. The end is so close, yet so far away. But hey, it will feel so good when you finish that last exam. I am so ready.

6. Finally turning in all of your assignments.

Even if you turned in that last paper at 11:59 p.m. on the due date, I'm still proud of you. You did it! There's nothing quite like hitting that submit button on your last assignment of the semester. Bless.

7. Realizing you never have to go to that class you hate ever again.

Don't even tell me you don't have that class that makes your blood boil. Whether it's the professor or the content, you just dread going. The last week of classes means finally being set free of that torture, and it feels so good.

The end is near, ya'll. With a little bit of caffeine and hope, anything is possible. You will get through finals week in one piece, I promise. Think of all the Netflix you'll get to watch when it's all said and done. So. Much. Honestly, writing this has made me want to watch "The Office"...again. Happy finals week!

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
