Daily Burn is an online fitness program, which provides recipes, meal plans, personal coaching and a variety of exercise programs available for streaming. Daily Burn's claim to fame is that it allows it's users to personalize their own fitness plan from the comfort of their own home. I have personally used Daily Burn for about a year and personally attest to its merit. As someone who used to hate working out, Daily Burn has helped me to establish a better exercise routine and actually meet my fitness goals.

1. You don't have to leave your house.

Some people love going to the gym, and some people absolutely despise it. For those of you who feel self-conscious at the gym or in group fitness classes, Daily Burn may be exactly what you need. Who says you have to leave your living room to get a decent work out? At the same time, Daily Burn is also available to you wherever you go as long as you have a laptop (or any mobile device) and WiFi.

2. You can find a workout program that works for you—no matter what fitness level you're at.

Daily Burn offers a variety of different programs, which are classified by fitness level (beginner, intermediate and advanced). The program duration's range from two weeks to several months. You can start and stop any program at any time. You can also do multiple programs at a time if you choose to. The program I chose was entitled "True Beginner." It was perfect for me as I had gone a while without consistently exercising. Some of the programs do require equipment, but most of it is standard equipment you could find at Walmart or a sporting goods store.

3. The fitness instructors and coaches are helpful, genuine people.

No matter which program you choose to do, the instructors are very encouraging. They work hard to make sure their viewers feel comfortable and confident in what they're doing. You also have the online coaching option available to you if you are willing to pay more. If struggle with self-motivation, a coach may be right for you. The main purpose of the coach is to help you establish concrete goals and figure out how to meet them. My coach, Sarah, was a kind, non-judgmental women who helped me to meet some of my weight loss and nutrition goals.

4. You can go at your own pace.

Not only does Daily Burn allow you to pick your own exercise program, it allows you to go at your own pace without judgment. You don't have to worry about keeping up with a challenging fitness class if you choose not to. The pause button is always available if you desperately need to catch your breath or grab a swig of water. You can work out every day or a few times a week on your own terms. Daily Burn also accommodates for a busy schedule by being available to you at any point during the day.

5. You have a meal plan available to you.

A standard Daily Burn package comes with online exercise programs as well as meal plans and recipes. You can choose to follow the meal plan closely or just use it as a guide for healthy eating. If you're new to healthy eating, it can be a bit stressful trying to figure it all out. Daily Burn simplifies the decision-making process for you.

6. You get a lot of bang for your buck.

A standard Daily Burn subscription is only $12.95 a month as opposed to a gym membership, which could cost up to $40 or $50 a month. In my experience, Daily Burn has been more convenient than most gyms as well as more fun and personal. It is a worthwhile investment for anyone who is interested in a healthier lifestyle.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
