Alright! So you're probably thinking "Why in the world would I take cold showers?" Well... Why not? There's nothing harmful about it so why not try something different? A cold shower is available to everyone and can give you freakishly amazing benefits.

1. Improved Circulation

Cardi B, Fidget Spinners, and Supreme is in the past, it's all about that cardiovascular health am I right? Cold water showers move blood to your organs to keep them warm. This is also good because if you just came from the gym and were flexing for the crowd and did a hard workout, cold showers speed up recovery time. So get your Deadpool on and heal up and remember, don't hate, circulate.

2. BURNS FAT!

Yes! You heard it right! I could just say a bunch of scientific things to make you believe it but take my word, it does. Simple.

3. Improves Sleep

Tired? Taking a cold shower one hour before sleeping may just help! For optimal sleep, our bodies need to cool, which cold showers do oh-so-well. Taking a cold shower actually triggers sleep-activators in the body which will help you sleep faster.

4. Keeps Skin and Hair Healthy

Did you know...hot water dries out skin and hair! Cold showers make your hair look shinier and makes your skin healthier by closing up your cuticles and pores.

5. Strengthens Immunity

An increase in white blood cells and metabolic rate are totally beneficial to your immune system and overall health. If you commit to the cold showers you'll be a god. And your chances of being sick decreases a lot.

6. You'll be STRONGER! OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE!

As people, we generally "fear the unknown" and tend to stay in our comfort zones where everything is easy. Taking a cold shower and committing to it is the first step for tackling any fears. To take a cold shower, your body has to act before your mind catches up and says "Oh noooooo" or "I'll do it tomorrow." Instead, you must have an "I Can Do It!" attitude and hop in there. You can then apply this to so many aspects of your life.

7. ENERGY BOOOOOOOST!

You will feel ENERGIZED AND NEW WHEN YOU GET OUT! REBORN! YOUR HEARTS PUMPING! YOUR'E BREATHING HEAVY AND YOU'R WOKE AF.

Hopefully this got you slightly interested! Interested enough to watch these videos to be persuaded even more! This videos will go more in depth and provide you will many more benefits.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
