Everyone has a bucket list of places they want to travel to at some point in their lives. Most lists include Paris, Tahiti, and London. Those places are all fine and dandy but there are so many beautiful places right here in the States, especially for all of you non-fliers out there (trust me I'm with you). So I have picked out seven beautiful places that hopefully you will add to your bucket list!

1. Grand Canyon, Arizona

It is undeniably beautiful here. There are a lot of activities to do here that the park offers: Camping, hiking, rafting, helicopter rides, and guided tours around the park. One of the top sites is Horseshoe Bend which is a 10/10 would recommend, an amazing site to make sure to visit.

2. Key West, Florida

It is the southernmost point in the U.S. and is roughly 90 miles from Cuba. It is a cute little beach town where everyone either walks or rents a moped/golf-cart to get around. It's super laid back and filled with interesting little restaurants all over town.

3. Redwood National Forest, California

These trees are huge and even saying that is an understatement. The hiking in this forest must be unbelievable. I'm 4'9 and I know that I would look like a tick in comparison.

4. Niagara Falls, New York

Niagara Falls straddles the border of the United States and Canada. This waterfall is the second largest waterfall in the world and is a huge tourist attraction every year. If you're brave enough to get close to the action, make sure you bring a poncho or a rain jacket because you will be in the splash zone.

5. Arches National Park, Utah

Bordered by the Colorado River, this national park is known for its spanning views and amazing sunsets. The hiking is supposed to be amazing as well.

6. Route 66 (crosses many states)

This highway is ICONIC and is filled with many roadside attractions that are any road trippers dream. This one is a little more than a stop but so worth the travel time.

7. Disney World, Florida

Bonus: Disneyland, California

Still super amazing but smaller and a little bit more manageable for a shorter trip. They have different attractions than Disney World like Cars Land, for example (So DOPE).

These sites are some of the most beautiful, adventurous, and entertaining places in the United States. They are for sure on my travel bucket list, are they on yours?

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
