Regardless of your views on New Year's Resolutions, it's so important at the beginning of any new year to evaluate the goals and dreams you what to focus on this year. Here are just a few that should apply to any and everyone:
1. Friends that build you up
Why keep those "friends" around that constantly tear you down? GET RID OF THEM!
2. Your family
You can always turn to your family if something is not going the way that you had planned.
3. A better perspective on life
Start the year off right by thinking of positive things and not letting the past get in the way of you achieving your dreams.
4. Persistence through the rest of the school year
Didn't get the grades you wanted? Try harder. Don't have people in your class to help with studying? Make friends. Don't go through this semester with the same attitude that didn't help you pass last time.
5. Check out some great Netflix shows
You always need time to unwind. Find some shows and watch them slowly so that you can continue watching them over the next semester.
6. Listen to music that appeals to you
Find new music, find a new artist or song to get tuned into. Learn to try new things and find something new to listen to while you study or do homework.
7. Find quiet time to relax
Make time to relax. Don't get yourself so stressed to where you can't relax.
