We all know that one person who is always ahead of the trends and has literally everything. This is always an awkward situation when their birthday or Christmas comes around, because you're left stumped on what to get them. However, while many result to the newest electronics, books, etc., there are many unique gifts out there that anyone would love. Here are 7 things to consider when shopping for that person who has it all:

1. Wine Advent calendar.

You can never go wrong with wine. Even if someone has some, I'm sure they don't have every wine in this Advent calendar from Amazon. Each bottle comes with a funny greeting card sure to make someone laugh.

2. Personalized Edison light.

These Edison lights are really quirky and unique. The best part: I'm sure that person you're shopping for doesn't have one. You can personalize them with designs, initials, and more. They will go perfectly in someone's office.

3. A brewing kit.

If you know someone who loves beer--this is the gift for them. What better way to start off the new year than brewing your own beer? This has been a big hit the last couple of holiday seasons, but I'm sure you know someone who hasn't gotten one yet. Just make sure they thank you when they brew the next best beer.

4. A classic boxing bell.

Know a sports lover? If you do, this gift is pretty cool. Not many people can say they have a classic boxing bell, and it's sure to be a conversation starter at parties and get-togethers. Its elegant appearance would go great in a living space or kitchen.

5. Bean bag toss game.

Forget the basic corn hole set this year--everyone has that. Instead, check out this cool bean bag toss game. It's perfect for a family outing, the park, or the beach. You can even whip it out during your family get-together this holiday season. Nothing is better than a gift you can use all together.

6. Map coasters.

These map coasters are a fun gift for someone who is proud of their hometown or holds a place close to their heart. They are both cool and useful and can be personalized with any destination. A cute idea for a spouse or significant other would to be a map of where you met, got married, or bought your first house.

7. Desktop billiards.

This desktop billiards game makes the perfect gift for someone's study or office space. Sometimes, it's best to downsize and think small during the holidays. This is a fun, lighthearted gift that would get a lot of use.

This holiday season, don't get stressed over finding the perfect gift for the person who is impossible to shop for. All you need is a little creativity and some holiday spirit!

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
