Working out shouldn't be stressful, but sometimes it is. Especially when you are the only girl in the weight room. Most of the time no one is even looking at me but sometimes you do get those guys who are just staring.
1. I feel like everyone is staring at me
I always feel like all eyes are on me but usually, no one is even looking at me.
2. Is my sweat showing?
Even though everyone sweats at the gym, we still worry about it showing. Well I know I do.
3. I am being judged on my form when doing certain exercises
No one likes to do an exercise wrong and have people looking at you while you do it wrong.
4. Constant stress about how I look
I know that it's the gym and not a fashion show, but I don't want to look like a complete mess.
5. When guys try to give you advice
Now, this is annoying. Especially when I am doing my exercises right. Like go away you creep, I'm just trying to work off the fries I ate earlier.
6. Feeling nervous because I'm the only girl in the room
Not a lot of girls are in the weight room so sometimes it's uncomfortable. Confidence is key, even if you don't know what you are doing.
