With the 22nd season of "The Bachelor" having already aired, loyal fans everywhere are tuning in every Monday night to see this season's drama unfold. Below is bachelor Arie with this season's group of girls who will be fighting for his heart.

Don't get me wrong, I am a major "Bachelor" addict. I've participated in Bachelor Brackets, watched all of the "tell-all" episodes and have even read some of the books written by past participants.

But since I watch the show religiously, I find the same things running through my mind every episode...

1. I would so go on for the free vacations and perks.

Since only a certain amount of people get to go on dates with the bachelor/bachelorette every week, there is a lot of downtime. Tons of tanning time, free drinks, etc. If you make it far enough, you can go on whimsical travels around the world. Although I do not want to go on a reality dating television show, this is something I can see myself getting on board with.

2. Is he/she seriously falling for this?

One word: fake. So many fake people come on this show simply looking for attention. But I really do wonder if the bachelor or bachelorette is able to really see it with the little time they actually spend with those people.

3. Funny how they pick the perfect time to tell their dramatic story.

Almost every time someone knows they are about to be sent home, they magically get the courage to share some very sad, dramatic story that ultimately ensures them a spot for next week. It's funny how it tends to play out that way.

4. I wonder how much they spend on all of their clothes.

Unless you make it to the last episode, the bottom two, you are required to buy all of your clothes. Past contestants have said they have spent thousands shopping before coming on the show; others simply borrow their friends' clothes for the filming. With every sparkly cocktail dress I see each week, I wonder how much each actually spends.

5. Who is that?

In each season there are a few faces that make it super far, but you never know who they are/what their name even is. Every season I have to Google some people just to stay in the loop. How have they made it this far if America does not know them?!

6. This is basically the Hunger Games.

The Hunger Games is a show of survival regardless of morals; the same goes for "The Bachelor"/"Bachelorette." Men and women pick each other apart, sometimes even physically fight. But hey, it is all for love.

If you think you are ready to date the next bachelor or bachelorette, I'd think about these six things.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Challah vs. Easter Bread: A Delicious Dilemma

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
