Dear beloved roommates,
It most certainly isn't easy living with 10 of you, but somehow I think we do a very good job of getting by. Sure, we get on each other's nerves sometimes, but at the end of the day, I know you all are there for me just as much as I am here for you. Really I would just like to thank you for somehow putting up with all my craziness and dysfunction.
1. To our blessed brunch dates
I'll never be able to think of something that I enjoy as much as these. On any note, when it's a beautiful spring Sunday morning, all you really feel like doing is getting some of the best crepes in town with your favorite girls.
2. To getting more access to more clothes than you can imagine
I also would like to take this time to thank you all for making my closet expand to 10 times the size it normally would be if I didn't live with you all. I can attest to the fact that by this point, there usually isn't a function or event that I attend without adorning myself with clothing that most likely isn't even mine.
3. To forgiving me whenever I don't think
Whether I left my OneCard inside our suite, or fail to drive with caution even when I have you all in my car, locking my actual car keys in my car, or even when I do things like forgetting to turn off the water and accidentally putting my mac and cheese in the microwave without adding the water, but the fact of the matter is that you all are always here to support me no matter what shenanigan I get myself into.
4. To buying me food on occasion
We're all college students here, so it's understandable that we can't always afford to eat out all the time. And when I can't afford to go to Islands for the third time in one week, it's nice to know that someone will be there to pick up my tab when I can't. Because honestly who else is going to get tacos with me when I don't have time to make my own food?
5. To never complaining about doing my hair
I've never been the type that will successfully be able to do my hair in the form of any braid. For some
6. To cleaning up after me
Whether I've left all my stuff in the living room again, or my laundry that has been piling up for weeks just laying around, you all play mom and return my belongings to my room. I never thought that even after moving to college I would get the chance to have someone pick up for me that isn't my mom.
