What every girl is looking forward to after their first year of joining a sorority and a long summer is participating in recruitment. Finally, we are on the other side and get to see what it's like to be like the girls we all so desperately wanted to be when rushing.

1. Getting to be around all our sorority sisters at once

I'm seriously going to scream my pants off when I'm finally reunited with my sorority sisters. I just cant wait to hear all about their summers and be around all of them again.

2. Getting to dress up

After spending all summer looking for the perfect recruitment outfits, we finally get to wear them. Dresses, jewelry, shoes, and even bras; the time has come to suit up and look fabulous for a week.

3. All the pictures we are going to take

Time to get my Instagram game back on point. Waking up early in the morning just to bake my face in makeup is partly for recruitment and the rest for my Instagram pictures.

4. Getting to meet all the new PNM's

I'm seriously so excited to bring more girls into my sorority and love it just as much as I do. Not to mention potentially finding a little!

5. Getting a rush crush

When you know, you know. There are just those girls you meet during recruitment that you want in your sorority so bad because you can tell you guys are going to be best friends.

6. Bid day!!!

The best part of recruitment is when it's finally all over! As much fun recruitment is, it is also a long week of work. I can't wait to dance it out on bid day with all my new sisters!
