As finals season is coming to an end, we are all looking for ways to de-stress. These 5 tips are guaranteed to help get you out of finals season and into the Christmas spirit.
1. Take a short break from studying
Take a break from studying and watch an episode of a funny show on Netflix! This gives your mind a break and gives you time to relax during the stress of finals week.
2. Go outside!
Sometimes your body just needs some fresh air to refocus.
3. Get enough sleep
This is a big one. Make sure you're getting the full 8 hours of sleep you need. If you're not, take a 20-30 minute nap during the day.Giphy

5. Spend time with friends
Spending time with friends and looking back on all the hard work I've done to be here always helps me out when I'm stressing.
