Throughout the winter, my skin gets chapped, dry, cracked, and flaky. The best way to treat your skin consists of these top five tips:
1. Exfoliate!
Exfoliating is a great way to remove any dead skin off the surface of your lips, just be careful not too over-exfoliate.
2. Chapstick
Put a thin layer of chapstick on your lips, especially after exfoliating any dead skin off your lips.
3. Moisturize more!
Moisturize your skin with any type of deep hydrating body lotion.
4. Wear a pair of gloves when outside
The skin on your hand is thinner than on most parts of the body and has fewer oil glands. That means it's harder to keep your hands moist, especially in cold. Wear a pair of nice, warm gloves to protect your hands.
5. Avoid harsh face masks
Stop using rough face masks during the winter that climate some of the most crucial, and natural oil fro your face.
