As college students, we all dread that final week before winter break ends and it's back to reality for the next 15 weeks. This last week means that we can no longer lay in bed all day and binge watch Netflix and soon we will actually have to function in the real world with real people... yes this means Leslie Knope and Blair Waldorf can no longer be your bff's. And speaking of Leslie Knope, no one has better back to school thoughts like Parks and Rec. So here are 5 thoughts we all have the week before winter break ends as told by Parks and Rec.
1. We actually have to communicate with human beings
Much like Ron Swanson, talking to people is one thing we could live without... especially when you're forced to listen to other people's problems again.
2. You actually have to make an effort to look presentable... and shower
What do you mean I can't wear these jeans again?
3. You feel about like Leslie did when she fell in the pit when you think about doing school work
You're just going to lay in bed until the last possible minute and pretend that responsibility doesn't await you.
4. It's the week before your 6th semester in college and you still have no idea what you're doing with your life
Don't worry Mom and Dad, we're giving it our all... kind of.
5. And you contemplate whether college is actually worth the stress
Because sometimes being poor and homeless sounds way better than adulting.
