Attention please. I would like to thank a very special group of people for making this possible. Without them, I couldn't have made it this far. They have made it possible to occupy most of my spare time with little to no effort at all. They were there for me when I needed them most. The support from this particular group is worth entirely more than just $8.99 a month. Thank you, Netflix group, for giving me 12 season's of emotional trauma, I mean "Grey's Anatomy"!

If you haven't seen this show yet, well you should. The bond I have with "Grey's Anatomy" is like nothing I've ever had before. It wasn't long before the original cast swept me away and had me hooked. Although I have spent many nights confused and mad, I will always come back to "Grey's Anatomy." Along with the frequent emotional breakdowns and cry sessions, I've also learned some really important life-long lessons that everyone should take into consideration.

1. Treat humans like humans!

I cannot stress enough how important this is. Regardless of gender, race, sexual orientation, or religion, the hospital staff treated everyone fairly and respectfully. As long as you were nice to them, they were nice to you. Every patient was treated how they should be. Like actual humans with actual feelings! If we could all learn to respect each other regardless of lifestyle as they do on "Grey's Anatomy," the world could be a much easier place to live in!

2. Always expect the unexpected always!

Never take a moment for granted. You may not ever get the opportunity again, so seize the moment. Remind the people you care for most how much you love and appreciate them. You could die from an airplane crash or electrocution at any given, unexpected time. Don't hold a grudge. Enjoy life, and simply carry on.

3. You, indeed, can move on from anything.

Anything is possible. You shouldn't count on anyone but yourself to carry yourself through unsteady life events. Don't dwell on what you could have done, and settle with what you did do. Trial and error. Take what happened as a lesson, learn from it, and grow. You only grow wise with experience.

4. Be straight up.

Don't try to hide anything. Lying only means more effort. If you're not happy in a marriage or not satisfied with a particular job, do something about it. Life is too short to live in regret. Be open and honest. No point in making yourself miserable trying to remember all the lies. More importantly, be honest with yourself.

5. Just have fun.

Laugh. Joke. Smile. It's okay to step aside from the real world every once in a while. Fit some time in your busy schedule for yourself. Don't be so serious all the time. Make sure to frequently do the things you enjoy most. Even if it means dancing in your underwear.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Challah vs. Easter Bread: A Delicious Dilemma

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
