Taylor Swift recently announced that she is taking a break from music for a bit. This means many things, but most importantly, it means no new music for a while. However, T Swift has multiple albums of fantastic songs to listen to and enjoy. Here is my list of 5 songs by Taylor Swift that you may not know, but you will definitely love.

1. "Untouchable"

Off the "Fearless" platinum album, this song perfectly embodies all of Tay's specialities. The song has a haunting, lullaby melody and perfect lyrics. This song makes you feel like you're in a garden lit by string lights, dancing with fairies. "Untouchable" is a bonus track for her sophomore album, and therefore is not as well known as some of her other songs. Regardless, this song is proof that Taylor can do anything; sing, write songs and enchant.

2. "Ours"

This song is another bonus track, but off Taylor's third album, "Speak Now." This song is slightly more well-known due to its music video and fan reception. "Ours" is a fan favorite. The song tells a story of a couple going through milestones and the struggles that lovers go through. With a chime-y backing beat, and Swift's sweet voice reassuring the couple, "Ours" is a perfect song for a morning drive or coffee as the sun rises.

3. "All Too Well"

A fan favorite, "All Too Well" is one of Taylor's great masterpieces. This song tells the story of love blossoming, and the fall of it all. The personal vivid details add spice, and Swift's voice agonizing over the story adds soul. The range of this song follows the path of the couple -- quiet whispering for the times they are alone and wild shouting as she cries out about the lost love. "All Too Well" is a perfect display of what Swift does best.

4. "Holy Ground"

Also off Swift's fourth album, "Holy Ground" is a fun, danceable song. The lyrics are inspirational and just make you feel good. The beat of the song is a nice pump up. "Holy Ground" is a great song to chant along to in the car with your friends, or perhaps as a wedding song.

5. "You Are In Love"

Off Swift's latest album, "You Are In Love" is the declaration of everything that works in a relationship. Again, Swift's soft voice combine with intimate details of relationships that define "love." The cutesy feel of this song and the calm mood of "You Are In Love" will haunt you in the best way.

Taylor Swift knows what she's doing when it comes to music. Her creative style combined with sharp lyricism make every one of her songs great for a different reason. And while songs like "You Belong With Me" and "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" will never be forgotten, these five songs are special for their own reasons.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
