You know the drill — a long period of time passes by and your words and ideas still haven't cooperated with you. As time goes further on, these ideas fade away quicker and quicker. But, writing is the love of your life and not giving it any attention would be the cruelest form of abandonment imaginable.
With a short attention span, and many other things you could be doing, you cycle through ideas until you come to a conclusion:
You tell yourself, "It is what it is".
And so the events begin...
1. Sitting in front of your notebook or computer with a blank mind
You had this wicked plot for a twenty-page story all thought up on your drive home from work. As soon as you approach your preferred writing format all of those ideas completely vanish. You find yourself staring into a striped, paper abyss for countless minutes.
2. The pressure of not writing for a long period of time
Some writers have a planned, daily, writing time. While others only write when they are entirely inspired. When either of the two fails and inspiration is nowhere to be found, you tend to guilt trip yourself for not producing content for so long.

Following two complete hours of Youtube at midnight, you find yourself debating on a group chat about your disliking of spray cheese. Is a group chat discussion considered to be quality writing? After all, it does require thought.
5. Forced writing
It has to happen. These pages have collected more dust than they have ink. It's time to formulate the most grandiose cliches and loopholes the world has ever experienced.
