Senioritis: A disease that causes seniors to become disinterested in school. Symptoms may include: Excessive wearing of sweats, lack of studying and skipping class. Graduation is the only cure.
Stage 1: Realization
You've been doing this college thing for four or five years, and you're ready to be done. You want to finish off strong, but your motivation has been slowly dwindling away.
Stage 2: Not paying attention in class
Much like freshman year, your eyes glaze over whenever your professor starts talking. Rather than taking notes, you play hangman with your friends instead, or watch Netflix on your laptop.
Stage 3: Not going to class at all
Do you really need to go to class? Sleep in — just make sure you're not missing an exam.
Stage 4: When it all hits the fan
Crap, your lack of motivation has finally caught up to you. Quick, calculate what you need on the final just to pass.
Stage 5: D's get degrees
Resign yourself to the fact that grades don't really matter anymore. I mean what are they gonna do, take away your scholarships?
