5 Signs You Are A Pinterest Addict

Everyone has their social media crutch. For some it may be Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or even Snapchat. For me though, it's Pinterest. I am obsessed with pinning anything and everything. Pinterest can very easily become an obsession because there is so much content available. For anyone who doesn't know what Pinterest is, it is a website where you can create and name different pin boards to save ideas that you want to remember for later. Basically, you no longer need to cut out recipes or DIYs you find in magazines, you can just find them online and pin them! But, Pinterest is so much more! From recipes, workout routines, DIYs and wedding inspiration, to architecture, photography, tattoo ideas and gardening (just to name a few!) there is something to interest everyone on Pinterest. Here are some tell tale signs that you are not just Pinterest user, but an actual Pinterest addict.

1. You have a board for everything.

Like, I mean everything. You have a board dedicated to your future wedding and you also have a board dedicated to shoes and cute dogs. You cover all basis with your boards. Everything near and dear to your heart has a special place in a specific pin board and you wouldn't have it any other way.

2. You are a pin hoarder.

It's easy to get caught up and start pinning almost everything you see even if it is not necessary to your life. Even if you are 99.9 percent sure you will never need that thing you pinned you pin it anyway because you never know. Cake recipe that you will most likely never even look at ever again? Better pin that -- you never know when you might need that.

3. You take to Pinterest to solve your problems.

Stained your new shirt? Pinterest. Don't know how to do your hair for prom? Pinterest. Don't know how you want to get your hair cut? Pinterest. Don't know what to make for dinner tonight? Pinterest! You have learned to use Pinterest almost like Google because there are barely any problems that Pinterest cannot solve. It has all the answers.

4. Your alter ego lives on through your Pinterest.

You know the part of you who wants to workout every day, do yoga, travel the world, be creative, and eat healthy? That part of you often comes out on Pinterest. I may never actually cook or even eat any of these healthy recipes or actually do those "five moves to rock solid abs," but I did pin them so that's kind of the same thing -- right?

5. You don't understand people who don't use Pinterest.

Anyone who doesn't use Pinterest you really just don't understand because Pinterest is so amazing. So you do your best to turn all your close friends and family into Pinterest addicts just like you!

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
