We are two episodes into season 2 of Riverdale, and things are starting to heat up. We need to find out who shot Fred and why, the true intentions of Veronica's parents, and how the kids are going to help FP Jones. It seems that when one thing is resolved, two more issues surface. Here are some of the popular predictions of what will happen in season 2.

1. Hermione hired someone to shoot Fred.

There is no doubt that Hermione Lodge has some skeletons in her closet. With her husband Hiram Lodge coming home from prison, he was bound to find out about the affair she had with Fred. After refusing to sell out his company to Hiram, she might have decided to take matters into her own hands.

2. Polly Cooper's baby will look exactly like Jason.

Polly Cooper will definitely have her child during this season, and all hell will break loose when that happens. It would cause so much drama if her child ended up looking exactly like Jason. I would expect Cheryl and her mother to want to have the child in their lives, and even maybe fight Polly and the Coopers for custody.

3. FP's sentence will be reduced.

We saw that Cheryl lied under oath in FP's favor to avoid the blackmail that Betty and Jughead were holding over her head. For her testimony, they will not release the video of her father shooting Jason. I believe that this will bode well for FP and eventually reduce his sentence.

4. Veronica's parents will not be transparent with their intentions.

At the end of episode 2, Veronica's parents promise "complete transparency" with their daughter, only for the audience to find out in the next scene that they once again lied her about the threat put upon her mother. After promising to try to be a normal family, they betray her trust once again.

5. Penny Peabody will call in a favor to Jughead that solidifies his status as a Serpent.

Penny Peabody is who Jughead went to for legal advice concerning his father's case. She refused the money but told him to consider it as a favor, meaning that he would one day have to pay her back. Upon hearing this, FP immediately told Jughead to never respond to her whenever she decides to reach out. Whatever she wants can't be good, and will most likely challenge his status as a South Side Serpent and test his friendships.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Challah vs. Easter Bread: A Delicious Dilemma

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
