We can't wait for the weekend mostly because we don't have to press the snooze button at 8 a.m. to go to your calculus class. Surprisingly, there is life before noon and it is a pretty great one. Here are five reasons why you should wake up early.

1. Breakfast

Everybody loves breakfast and nothing is better than going to your favorite breakfast spot at nine in the morning to eat your favorite pancakes. When you wake up early, you get to experience that instead of craving breakfast at noon but not being able to eat it.

2. Morning yoga

10/10 would recommend going to a morning yoga class. There is no better way to start your day super relaxed and not stressed which is all that we want.

3. Starting your day productively

When you wake up before noon, you have so much time to get all of your work done so that you have more time to binge watch your favorite show on Netflix which honestly is everyone's favorite thing.

4. Morning coffee and you time

One of my favorite things to do is sit with a good cup of coffee while reading a good cup in the morning. because of how relaxing it is. You don't even need to read a book, write in journal, plan your day, color. Having me time is so important and it is a great way to start your morning.

5. The sunrise

There is nothing better than a good sunrise. Also it is a really neat Instagram opportunity (because honestly who isn't obsessed with Instagram). Sunrises mark the beginning of the day and what better way to start your day than with a good view.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
