I have to admit that there are days when the last thing I want to do is get off of the couch, let alone go all the way to the gym for a grueling workout. Now that I have time off from school, I should be utilizing the time to exercise, but I find myself more interested in binging Netflix. In order to compromise, I created five Netflix-themed workouts based on my favorite shows that are easy to do right in front of the TV -- so don't worry, you won't miss any of the show while doing these exercises!
