One thing that all college students can collectively agree on is that these four years are some of the most difficult and impactful on our lives that we will ever experience. Within this time, we discover more about our passions, establish some of our closest relationships, achieve some of our greatest accomplishments, and even make some of our worst mistakes.

The second we step foot into the lecture hall of our very first class, we're also being belted down into an emotional rollercoaster for the next four years of our lives, and there's no way of getting off. And if you're a college student reading this whose in need of some motivation, here are a few important quotes just to remind you that despite all of the craziness college is, you are amazing, and you can accomplish anything as long as you put your mind to it.

1. These wise words from Robert Pew:

While it might seem like a lot to handle in the present, these bumps in the road will only prepare you and make you stronger for the future, when you can look your problems in the eye and tackle them head-on.

2. The hardcore truth from Zig Ziglar:

Achieving success is not going to magically appear, or happen overnight. In order to gain it, you have to put your strongest effort and work into what you do, in order to see promising results.

3. Audrey Hepburn's optimistic advice:

Instead of thinking negatively, think about all of your strengths and the things that you CAN accomplish. With a positive mindset, you can then put your mind to anything and achieve whatever it is you desire.

4. These powerful words from Oprah:

Sometimes, especially in college, you have to learn or accomplish a few things that you might not like, yet will ultimately guide you towards your passion. But don't forget to trust the process, because everything that you are doing is leading up to something that will make everything worth it in the end.

5. John Mayer's wise outlook:

Right now, things might not make sense, or feel like anything is going in the direction you want things to go. But if you trust the process, you will soon realize that everything happening around you in your life is a lesson for you to learn that will help you for the future. And you might not realize it now, but one day you'll realize the meanings behind all of these events.
