Recently, every teenager who watched "One Tree Hill" and those who are currently watching hearts were broken. Netflix decided to remove the show, along with a few other popular shows, on October 1, 2017. Now, what are we supposed to binge-watch on our weekends to avoid homework? Here are five 90's TV Dramas every young adult should watch.

1. Beverly Hills, 90210

A group of friends living in Beverly Hills, California learns how to balance their friendship and romantic relationships. Throughout the series, they deal with many social issues including rape, racism, alcoholism, teen pregnancy, etc.

2. Buffy The Vampire Slayer


A teenage girl has been destined to fight vampires, demons and other dark creatures. She must learn how to balance her life as a slayer and a normal teenage girl.

3. Daria

An animated sitcom based on the life of Daria, who is very sarcastic and cynical. Throughout the series, she and her friends try to figure out high school and the situations around them.

4. Degrassi High

A Canadian TV series about teenagers who deal with topics of HIV, suicide, teenage pregnancy and abortions, abuse, and many more social issues. This show follows the lives of the parents you may have seen in the show from the early 2000s, "Degrassi: The Next Generation."

5. Dawson's Creek

Similar to "One Tree Hill," this show is based on a boy name Dawson who lives in a small town. Following the life of him and his friends, they have to cope with many social issues and teenage experience.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
