It happens to the best of us. We start the semester off strong and confident, thinking that we may finally understand how this whole "college" thing really works. We head into sylly week ready to see our professors, plan out the semester, and have a good time. But every semester, when that week of fun ends and we actually look at the syllabus for the first time we realize there isn't anything "sylly" about the course. My grandpa always tells me to run through the tape and to finish strong, so I decided to relate the stages of going through the semester to when I run...they're very similar.
