1. You have inside jokes that you laugh about at the most random of times.

2. You have seen each other through it all — sick, no-make up, unshaven legs, pit stains, panic attacks, you name it.

3. You tag each other in the weirdest things on Facebook that remind you of each other.

4. You share the friend group drama with each other even when you promised you wouldn't tell anybody.

5. You're in love with each other's laughs and will do anything and everything to make it come out.

6. You've done ridiculous things together, like make pillow-forts, draw obnoxious pictures, and play truth-or-dare at the mall.

7. You've farted in front of each other and then high-fived.

8. You may have disagreements, but you talk them through calmly because something silly won't get between the two of you.

9. You talk about the future and growing old together with lots of puppies.

10. You can sit in complete silence and feel totally content.

11. You can also talk for hours on end without running out of conversation.

12. Your nicknames for each other are cute and ridiculous, but also make you swoon.

13. You get along with each other's family super well.

14. Your friends are jealous of how comfortable and loving your relationship is.

15. You stay by each other's side when things get hard.

16. You're okay eating food off of each other's plate.

17. You don't need a fancy date; sometimes a picnic in the park is just perfect.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
