2. Treat yo'self 

Do something nice for yourself that you usually wouldn't do. For example, go tanning, get your nails done, hair done, buy some clothes, or do face masks! Do anything that makes you feel special and loved.

3. Do something nice for someone

Being kind and a good person goes a long way! Be nice to someone and it will make you feel better!
