I wrote a previous article titled "7 Tips To Keeping A Healthy Journal" in which I discussed the ways that someone can start a healthy journal. However, a lot of people had the question of "what's next?" Keeping a consistent journal becomes difficult when you have no idea what you want to journal about. The following list is a list of journal ideas for beginners.
1. Day to Day
A great way to start consistent journaling is by writing daily accounts of your day. You can start with what time you woke up, what you ate throughout the day, who you spoke with and much more. Writing daily accounts is also a great way of reflecting.
2. Make lists
Sometimes we have ideas for change but we do not have a plan of action. This is where list-making comes in handy. Create lists of your goals, dreams or plans for yourself and look over them daily in order to ensure you are on the path to success.
3. Words of Affirmation
One of the best ways to affirm something in your life is to repeat it daily. Words of affirmations are a great way to confirm a thought or belief for yourself.
