At some point or another, we've all felt the overwhelming need to apologize.
There are plenty of things that you never have to apologize for, but here are just a few:

3. Loving someone
4. Not having a boyfriend/girlfriend
5. Having money
6. Not having money
7. Going to college
8. Choosing to take a year off/learn a trade/travel down a different path
9. Eating lots and lots of food
10. Caring about what goes into your body
11. Being ambitious
12. Having lazy days
13. Being organized
14. Being messy
15. Being fearless
16. Being afraid
17. Doing what's best for you
18. Helping others
19. Hanging out with friends
20. Wanting alone time
21. Agreeing to something
22. Saying no
23. Ending a toxic relationship
24. Keeping the relationships that matter
25. Being tolerant
26. Having the courage to argue
27. Being insecure
28. Loving yourself
How you're feeling and what you're experiencing is all part of the journey. Embrace it. Love it. Cherish it. But do not apologize for it.
