1. Get 8 hours of sleep per night

2. Join the campus gym

3. Cut down on fast food and cook more often

4. Quit smoking

5. Drink in moderation

6. Read at least 1 book per month

7. Commit to 1 new extracurricular club per semester

8. Set a budget and spend a certain amount per month

9. Organize class notes
