Even though it's not "Summer Sixteen" anymore, here we are back at it again with summer '17 coming to a close. He's there for the times when you're bumpin' or full on 'draking.' Thanks for always setting the mood for us @champagnepapi. But we're ready for Take Care 2.

1. "Hold On We're Going Home" (feat. Majid Jordan)

You found summer love and turned out to be more than just a fling. Whoa. Yet as always, summer comes to an end and you just hope that you and your new significant other can work things out. The result? Hopefully it's positive, and that you two will be patient with each other because you two aren't ready to break things off just yet.

2. "Over"

This summer was the summer to take time for yourself and work on you. You had a revelation and you're working towards your goals, being independent, and living it up with no one else holding you down. This summer was one of the best summers of your life.

3. "Too Good" (feat. Rihanna)

A dedication to all of you that realized this summer that you could have better. You've finally had the last straw and you were ready to let go, tired of never feeling good enough with that person. Don't underestimate your self-worth!

4. "From Time" (feat. Jhene Aiko)

Being with someone through the summer after a school year can be rough. If you started out in college and live far apart, well sometimes you just need the reassurance that he/she is your ride or die and that a relationship is a mutual commitment. One of you has gone through a lot, and probably need time to figure out life. You're just hoping the other is understanding enough to stay.

5. "Pop Style"

Okay okay so not all of Drake's songs are available on YouTube without copyright, but honestly I'm not complaining. Hearing it live is just as good. If you are a summer baby, chances are you may have captioned your photo "turned my birthday into a lifestyle" on the gram. If not, this song is the epitome of your summer. Getting lit with your friends and hitting up all the concerts and parties. It really is a vibe.

6. "Marvin's Room"

The worst kind of love - one that is unrequited. Or at least, not anymore. You're heartbreak this summer probably consisted of listening to this song and 'draking' in your "Sad Playlist" after seeing that your ex found better this summer. While you? Well, you've only been able to get the casual hookup. You miss having someone and you miss having real feelings.

7. "Fake Love"

Summer is always the perfect time for new beginnings. And that is exactly what you did this year. Drake is really preaching to the choir on this one - people show fake love. You've dropped all the people you don't need. The people that pretend to be nice and the people that pretend to be your friend, you just can't look at them the same way anymore.

8. "Headlines"

Lowkey, you've always cared about other people's opinions about you. But this summer you worked on building your self-confidence and now there's a new and improved you! A whole new mindset, too. All self-love for you here.

9. "Find Your Love"

It was finally the time to settle, but there are so many things to consider. All you know is you're tired of waiting and you've been through so much You know your love can't compare to anyone else's and know that you'll be hard to forget. You just want something real for once and hope you find the love you are looking for.

10. "Doing It Wrong"

This summer you had to part ways with someone you really cared about. This summer marked an end of an era with a person. It's been a rough three months knowing that it's time to part, but having a really tough time walking away. But it's wrong, it's not meant to be, so it shouldn't be forced anymore.

11. "The Motto"

Y.O.L.O has been this summer's motto - you only live once. You did everything this year and truly lived each day to its fullest. No regrets! (Okay. Maybe some regrets).

12. "Energy"

You've found your motivation to work hard for something this summer. You've got a lot of energy, perhaps maybe too much. Definitely did not do the smartest things but it happens! People have tried to drain you out and it was really tiring to deal with. But you made it out alive.

13. "Trust Issues"

Title says it all. You've had major trust issues. This summer you hoped to have found someone to spend it with or be around friends to make genuine memories with. But you can't trust anyone out here anymore.

14. "Shot For Me"

The calm after the storm. You just went through a lot of heartbreak and hopped off a roller coaster of emotions and you've been trying to drink and party all your problems away. It's hard to face reality sometimes, and this summer was your time to catch a break from it all.

15. "0 to 100/The Catch Up"

"0 to 100, real quick." Not only is Drake talking about the progress you make, but this summer you have been all over the place. From being lazy and waking up at noon, to being wide awake and staying out till 2 am. Or to glowing up this summer and changing your style around or putting together a more intense workout schedule. It's either you're all in, or all out.

16. "Back To Back"

Nothing better than a diss track. At one point this summer you definitely had beef with someone and it did not end well. Needless to say, you probably won. But then again, there's no need to dwell on it because it's a waste of time.

17. "Fancy"

To the girls that stuck out their goals this summer to be fit, strong-willed, and completely slay the game getting a job or an internship. Don't listen to what the others say about you 'cheating' your way up in life. However, with your confidence, you do have a few tricks up your sleeve to get what you want. GNO's was the best part of your week. You definitely had a wild summer.

18. "Same Mistakes"

So you've tried to do the whole relationship thing and it didn't work out. It didn't feel right. But somehow you always seem to go after the same "type" and you wonder why you keep making that 'same mistake.' This summer you just convinced yourself you are meant to be forever alone but don't get discouraged. Your Mr. or Mrs. Right is out there.

19. "Fireworks"

Fun fact: First line of this song is the last line of the last song in the previous album, "Fear." But this summer, everything moved fast for you. Life just exploded in your face and it was really overwhelming. Whether it was with work, family, your love life, or success, this year was a huge turning point for you.

20. "Best I Ever Had"

The song you dedicate that special someone to. Or, something like that. You've been quite the player this summer, texting, snapping, dm'ing all the same things to different people. Basically telling them that they are the best you've ever had is pretty much a lie. Don't play yourself.

21. "Hotline Bling"

This summer was a slight disappointment. You were probably looking forward to seeing that person you see every summer, and now they've changed. Above else? They don't really hit you up anymore, either. A year can do a lot to people.

22. "Started From the Bottom"

For everyone: summer is ending. We started from the bottom, now we're here. Who's been with you through it 'till the very end? Who came and left? What have you started doing differently this summer? Whatever it is, you're on your way to bigger and better things. Time to put in work.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
