Every college campus has its perks and disadvantages. My experience at California State University Northridge has been nothing short of amazing thanks to my rad professors and the genuine friends I've made. However, no school is perfect and in the two years I've attended CSUN, I've observed minor things that have made me ask myself:
1. Why is B structure a mission to park in all year round?
2. Whose that person always holding up the line to exit B structure?
3. Why does our CSUN ID have to be so long?
4. Why are the classrooms in Jerome Richfield always so warm?
5. Why can't all four levels of the Oviatt Library have Apple desktops?
6. Why must the clothes vendors tempt us with their chic but non-affordable clothes?
7. Who decided a mere 20 minute nap would suffice in the Oasis Wellness Center's nap pods?
8. Why does the recreation center only have two electronic entrances (which results in an unnecessarily long line just to enter the gym)?
9. Judging by the amount of cigarette butts found on the floor, are we sure CSUN is a smoke-free campus?
10. Why are scantrons and green books so affordable when food (a necessity) isn't?
11. Why isn't breakfast served all day when the breakfast burritos at the Matador Center are so godly?
12. Why is the fettuccine alfredo so good but the pesto pasta awful?
13. Why does the pizza always appear so dry?
14. Can't there be a set schedule for the soups of the day so we know which options to expect?
15. Do students really utilize CSUN Dining To Go?
16. Whose idea was it to add a pub on campus?
17. Who came up with the two beer per hour limit?
18. Why do the Burger King croissan'wichs always turn out burnt?
19. Since when does Panda Express serve sushi?
20. Has anyone ever experienced food poisoning from said sushi?
21. When exactly will CSUN build a Chipotle on campus? I'm aware there's one directly off campus, but I guarantee one on campus will satisfy the masses.
