Now that Thanksgiving break is way past gone and finals season is approaching or done, it's time to start getting excited for winter break! School has been extremely stressful enough, so take a break from studying and get excited that winter break is coming soon with these 21 reasons.

1. School is finally out!

I can honestly tell you how much relief I will have once school's out when winter break starts. Finally! No more school to worry about anymore! Thank goodness it's coming soon!

2. Christmas and Hanukkah are coming!

Gifts! Family! Feast! Who wouldn't be excited for these coming so soon? I am definitely excited!

3. More and more food to eat!

Time to gain 15 pounds once again. But it'll all be worth it in the end.

4. The possibility of snow!

Thinking about making a snowman makes me want to rush out and buy fake snow if it doesn't snow.

5. Drinking yummy hot chocolate with marshmallows!

The perfect season to sit back and relax and drink that delicious cup of hot chocolate. Don't forget the best part: marshmallows!

6. All types of candy canes!

Is it weird that I love the Sweet Tarts candy canes? The classics are also to die for.

7. Longer hours of sleep!

After sleeping for six hours each day, 10-12 hours sounds really good to me.

8. Watching Netflix everyday!

So many shows to watch and so much time to watch them all!

9. Time to hang out with friends!

I love seeing my friends during break, when we possibly do nothing except eat.

10. A break from school work!

Definitely the best part of winter break.

11. You get to see your pet(s) more!

Finally, it's about time! I haven't pet my dog in weeks because I've been too busy with school.

12. A long and delicious holiday feast!

Holiday feasts are so festive, and I just love gaining 15 pounds in just one day.

13. Celebrating the New Year's!

New Year, new me!

14. Getting to act lazy without feeling guilty!

I'm already lazy, but acting lazy without feeling guilty is the best feeling in the world.

15. More YouTube time!

Absolutely the best.

16. Watching TV shows without worrying about time!

Don't have to worry about doing homework when watching TV because there is none!

17. No more stress!

No more school means no more stress!

18. Vacation time!

Traveling to India? Taiwan? A different state? Can't wait!

19. Christmas shopping!

I love seeing Christmas trees in malls!

20. Visiting relatives!

Haven't seen family in a long time? Now's the best time to travel and see them!

21. Jammin' out to Christmas music!

The time of year you would definitely not get made fun of for listening to Christmas music.

What's up Asshat,

I've composed a list of things that I wish upon you, and they're harsh and cruel. These things are things that I wouldn't wish upon my worst of enemies, not even that Starbuck's barista who always screws up my order, not even him. You fall into a whole other category of hate. You surpass Starbucks barista. Congratulations, I'm actually a pretty nice person, making you worthy of every single bit of torture I wish upon you. What are these things I wish upon you you might ask?
