7. Don't use technology an hour before bed.
8. Lightly massage your face.
9. Have sleeping be the only activity that takes place in your bed.

11. Make yourself very comfortable and warm, but have your room cool.
12. Imagine a specific word in your head and spell it slowly and repeatedly.
13. Wake up at the same time everyday.
14. Avoid late meals.
15. Try laying down at the opposite end of your bed.
16. Exercise regularly.
17. Avoid long naps, especially after 6 pm.
18. Rub small circles on your stomach repeatedly.
19. Write away your worries for the next day before bed.
20. Keep your eyes shut and imagine yourself falling asleep.
