We all have bosses that we either hate or love. Some bosses are strict, while others are laid back. What if I told you that there is a certain boss that is the perfect combination of every attriubute bosses are graded on? His name is Michael Scott. He is often referred to (by himself) as the world's best boss. Here are some reasons why you would want to work for Michael Gary Scott.

1. He is a hard worker.

2. He understands different cultures and diversities.

3. He dances like this.

4. He enjoys holidays.

5. He understands everything.

6. He handles discipline appropriately.

7. He deals his responsibilities head on.

8. He will celebrate your birthday.

9. He creates safe working environments.

10. He cares what others have to say.

11. He has never injured a coworker.

12. He compliments his coworkers.

13. He leads by example.

14. He respects his coworkers.

15. He is never involved in sexual harassment.

16. You can feel safe at your desk.

17. He appreciates the little things.

18. Obviously he would never undress in the workplace.

19. He is always motivated.

I remember my freshman year oh so well. I remember feeling terrified the night before orientation. The one thing that I dreaded the most was not the new people, the new environment, or even the academic pressure. I was dreading having to talk to sorority girls about Recruitment. I remember cutting off and avoiding any Rho Gamma/Panhellenic Officer that came my way during First Week. I looked at them like they had asked me to cut my arm off whenever they asked me if I wanted to rush. To be honest, I did not even know what rush was, but I knew that I did NOT want to be a part of it. To me, it was dumb. It was a waste of money. It was a waste of my time.

And guess what? I did not rush my freshman year. I spent the first half of my freshman year isolating myself from everyone on campus. I spent all of my time in the library, and then (since I was a commuter) went back home once my work was finished.
