I observe every little thing in this world; no detail goes without notice. I am obsessed with the little events that consume my surroundings. Whether you have noticed them too and love them the same or think this is dumb and can care less, I think these little things in life are exceptionally beautiful.
Sunlight streaks through the window
There's some type of magic that happens when I can watch the dust particles dance around in the light... even if it gives other people anxiety knowing how much dust is in the air.
Planes flying through the clouds
Watching the plane's light flicker in and out of clouds at night and making a guessing game out of where it will end up.
Stillness of the summer air
The anticipation of any kind of breeze to start rustling the trees becomes your only thought.
The sun sneaking through the clouds
I love the manifestation of patterns on the ground and when the sun creates unseen depths in mountains.
Morning ocean mist
Everything is coated with haze and is dewy to the touch but there's comfort in knowing this phenomenon happens every single day.
Light rain drizzle on a tin roof
Such a soothing tap that resonates in your mind forever.
Geometric Congruence
Even if we are unaware, we are attracted and oddly satisfied by how perfect something is... I.e. a flower or spider webs.
Burning fire coals
Even after the fire has died out, the hot coals are still illuminated with reds and oranges.
Roaring of a crowd
Positive or negative "roaring", as a whole, there is goal and unity from everyone. It's something we unfortunately don't experience everyday.
Concert goers singing along with the artist
I get goose bumps listening to the crowd at a concern, sing along with the artist on stage. Such dedication and excellence in connection - It's probably one of favorite things on earth.
Sleeping in the dark
This may sound psychotic for some, but this is the most relaxing feeling. The day is over and it's time for yourself to reflect and be at peace.
Chivalry
Something so simple is so beautiful and I'd hate to see it die..
A child's laughter
So innocent and so pure; a beautiful stage in life.
Old couples holding hands
A thoughtless and taken for granted action which the beauty can become lost. Seeing older couples still hold hands after generations of being together gives hope for us all.
The soft chatter in a cafe
In the midst of the chaos in this world, sitting in a cafe or restaurant sipping on your favorite drinking and listening to others, I find it quite beautiful. You're focused on making sense of others that everything else is none-existent for a split second.
Newly organized belongings
Whether this is your long neglected closet or messy kitchen, it's astonishing how much it changes you when everything is finally in it's place. I feel like a whole new person.
Smell of coffee grounds
For my coffee drinkers, opening a new container or package of coffee grounds is such a joy, it honestly gives me an adrenaline run. Such power in tiny little crumbs.
The musky smell of an old house
It's beautiful when you realize how many people have lived here and the life they lived, the smell revels it's true age.
Old tattered books
Uneven pages of a book and feeling how soft the pages have gotten over the years. *swoon*
Curtains blowing in the breeze
I love how haunting it sounds without any visual but I find beauty in a an object being manipulated but such a harmless force of nature.
